This new role requires an individual with strong communication skills and experience in financial and commercial strategy and management, business decision support, contract negotiation and financial modelling. The successful candidate will be self-driven, energetic, proactive, committed to delivery, and enjoy working in a team whilst also taking ownership. As User Voice is a relatively small team, you must be comfortable being hands-on.

Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on experience

Safe Ground – Programmes Manager

Safe Ground is looking for a dynamic individual to support the delivery of its acclaimed programmes Family Man, Fathers Inside, and Man Up across a network of male prison establishments and occasionally in the community.

The Programmes Manager is responsible for management, strategic development and fulfilment of the agreed outcomes with all funding bodies. The PM will be responsible for leading the process of setting up and managing a number of programmes across the Safe Ground’s network – including programme delivery in custodial settings and occasionally in the community. This role combines operational problem solving with hands on training and facilitation opportunities.

KeepOut is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, flexible and well organized person with administrative and IT skills to support the Operations Manager at HMP Coldingley. Experience of working with challenging young people or adults on a group work or one to one basis in a formal setting is required. KeepOut is a unique crime diversion scheme working in prisons with a selected team of trained prisoners, managed by KeepOut civilian staff. They deliver interventions for young people aged 13 to 18 years who are at risk of either entering or re-entering the criminal justice system.
