We are looking for a Partnership Manager to work across the South. Working from your home within the area this exciting role will develop a range of relationships with our member agencies, service providers, local authorities and other key strategic partners and stakeholders. Through these relationships you will develop, maintain and deliver a number of Communities of Practice across the area which will provide the sector with the space and support to tackle the challenges that it faces. A key element of the role will be brokering partnerships and to support and influence the sector to tackle homelessness, starting with rough sleeping. We see this role as pivotal to in achieving our vision of a country free of homelessness.

Salary: £30,500 - £33,014 per annum

Pact – Volunteer Project Manager

We are looking to recruit a Volunteering Project Manager to lead a new recruitment drive for volunteers and support all elements of our volunteer programme.  This is an exciting opportunity to support the mobilisation of a number of new services to support prisoners’ children and families across multiple regions in addition to existing mentoring services for former prisoners, and family members, in communities all over England and Wales.

Reporting to the Director of HR, you will help champion volunteering within and outside of the charity, and engage with managers and volunteer coordinators to ensure that we are improving our practice as we seek to grow our volunteer base.

Salary: £28,000

We are looking for an efficient Administrator to support our team and managers in our Victoria office. To be successful, you will have the ability to build relationships with a variety of individuals and organisations as this role includes not just general administrative duties, but also HR, finance and organising events. You will also support our hospital Youth Violence Intervention Programme (YVIP) by deputising for our programme coordinators as required.

Ideally, you will have experience in a similar administrative role and an understanding of busy office environments and the proficiencies they need to work effectively. The ability to work to a high standard of organisation and efficiency, is also essential. You should be self-motivated with the ability to work flexibly and manage competing demands simultaneously. Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills are key to this role and naturally, you should also demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for our work.

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
